They say we innovative. They say we bombastic. We are iconoclast

Every day is something You gotta prove you are someone Living on the cusp of poverty with nothing on hand What's the deal? Decks are laid out fresh appeal Where's the meal? Everybody is clammering for the next steal The world is on fire Burning on higher Can you believe it Wire to wire Making it dire What's your attire To match the desire Do you wanna see another day living on this Planet

ts only meant to create a mirage We gonna run up and lose our ground Its only meant to create a mirage We gonna run up and lose our mind I see people walk on by While our problems mount on high I see people work all day While we are told lies from afar We living on a penny for a full days work Yet we are told the times have never been this good False realities memorize our mind You best believe its a trick as old as time Its only meant to create a mirage We gonna run up and lose our ground Its only meant to create a mirage We gonna run up and lose our mind

I wanna see the light. Beaming through my soul. The darkness has held me down. And I can't stand it anymore. Waiting on the filla I dare to be a thriller Mike has nothing in this liar In the heights of Manila I throw shade from my villa Not thinking about the others Imprinting greed like a printer Black and white make me an imposter Searching for the filla Man make en self pillar With no roots in his culture Dont forget your mother Listen to the ancestors And pay tribute to the future Radical thoughts illuminate Make you light up the world I wanna see the light. Beaming through my soul. The darkness has held me down. And I can't stand it anymore.

If you wanna party with me Just take my hand and let's go slow The stars are aligned tonight I can see it in the sky The moonlight is bright And I hope it stays that way I know we come from different places And we have been in different spaces And yet here we are in the moment Wondering what our next step should be If you wanna party with me Just take my hand and let's go slow Let's take a walk through the mess Don't mind the many interruptions I got flow I see your glow so I got hope So what is next? Maybe its a surprise Can we hold hands? Can we talk? Can we kiss? I gotta get your consent If you wanna party with me Just take my hand and let's go slow

about

This album is a departure from my previous albums. My previous albums were centred around a live band, however, this record is centred around beat making, afrobeats, and an electro afrofuturist-sound.

As a musician I feel its important to redefine myself to ensure I am pushing the boundaries creatively and personally. The album is called Radical Thoughts, the idea behind the album is that most often than not the things we call radical are usually things that make this world a better place, whether is abolition, building community, and working towards the liberation of people all over the world. Its upbeat to allow listeners to dance, its informative to allow listeners to learn, its futuristic to allow us to dream about a better future, its fun to allow is to enjoy the present, it an outpouring of my heart to the world in hopes of a better future.

I got the chance to work with amazing music producers and beatmakers in Hamilton namely Onglish, ttwwrrss, Young Dave Bangin, and Mother Tareka. Their creative beats allowed me to push my songwriting and explore new ways of telling stories.
